Trying to get old Eir business mobile bills

    For an business account I recently closed down, I need bills for accounting purposes

    Going online I can only get back the bills from Dec 2018 onwards. I need copies of bills also for the period July 18 to Nov 18 inclusive.

    Would anyone know the handiest way to get pdfs of these? Is there an email address or otherwise?

    I tried calling 1800 601 701 this evening before 6pm but could not get through. Is there an email for such business account related enquiries?

    If you try going to your nearest shop they may be able to print them

    If not they can request a reprint as long as your account was on the newer billing system
