How can I find out about holidays and bank holiday pay?

I've been working for this company for about 2.5 years. I only recently realized I never got a bank holiday pay. Last year when I asked about BH I was told I got it in the lump sum payment of my unused holidays. But I don't think I did. Even for the holidays I got a daily pay for about 6 hours even though I am in full time and normally work 7-8 hour shifts.
This year I haven't got any bank holidays paid yet (no one did). How do I make them pay the bank holidays? How do I find out about how many unused holidays I have left?
If I go to citizens information, what do they do to help me?

So are you saying you worked the bank holidays and didn’t get paid or that for the week that a bank holiday occurred you only got paid for the other days?

Have a look there. You can report you company if they are not paying the correct rates, breaks or holidays. You don't have to give your name.

Exactly. Either if I worked I didn't get double pay or if I had day off I was only paid for other days. At the end of the year when unused holidays were paid I didn't get any extra for bh.

What is going to happen if I report them? We are talking about a good many employees who never got paid for bank holidays in the past years.

Don't go reporting anyone until you figure out what exactly happened - is very unlike that a number of employees did not get paid over several years and never said anything.
