Employer regularly messes up wages

    I work in a restaurant. They set up a new clock-in system a few months ago and ever since payslips are often messed up. Many hours missing or full days sometimes especially when overtime worked and there's a difference from the roster. Then we get the difference paid with the next wages. We always have to check every week carefully the payslips but since wages are calculated by the minute it is unfollowable. Do we have a right to see the clock times before sent to payroll?
    Also if you are entitled for a 30 mins break but you only take 15 mins because it's too busy to be sitting around then the clocks will be manually altered to 30 mins. If youre to finish work at 4 pm but you need to stay another 10 minutes because the next person is late to take over the shift then those 10 minutes are also lost to you as clock will be set back to 4 pm. Is this legal?
    Can these messed up payslips affect holiday pay or the amount of benefit if someone becomes a jobseeker in the future?
    We are paid in cash even though our bank details were taken months ago and we were promised direct pay to bank account. Cash is usually late, we used to get on wednesday then it is always delayed now to friday or saturday.
    What can we do apart from asking the manager who can not do anything because decisions are made on the above levels?

    Too many questions for me to answer, but I'll answer one:

    If I were you, I'd be calculating my wages, writing them down with a clear breakdown/explanation, and sending it to payroll a few days before wages are paid.
