    Hi, Anyone know how to input the date of birth format correctly for Gomo, keep getting incorrect format used, having trouble trying to change my number over

    It’s a pre populated field. You select the day from the scroll and then the month etc

    Might be no harm trying it on a different browser.

    Also, might be no harm moving this thread to the mobiles forum.
