    Difficulty in repossessing property causes upward pressure on interest rates.

    I don't think that's unique to the funds.

    Watch now as a bunch of uninformed, slack-jawed troglodytes come barging in saying "well they should have to live with the consequences of their bad decisions" while completely oblivious to the fact that
    Many of the mortgages are understood to be in default
