Hi lads, I have a leak under the floor of the hot press. It's the mains supply from the pump/well outside.
The leak is at an old plasticTee joiner where the hydrodare Tee's off to the kitchen one side and the other side goes to the tank in the attic. The Tee is about 2 inches under the floor. I have it exposed, but I can't expose any more of the pipe at either side due to kero lines and the wall.
I can see that the leak is at the Tee itself.
Would Tec 7 or some other sealer be worth a try to seal it?

You could try it but I’m sure it’s likely that the leak will get worse and worse until it completely blows all over the place causing damage to all sorts.

Might save yourself a few quid getting a professional in.
