    Just read your post my friend and I can understand your difficulty. It seems Sky need a few lessons in Customer Care and good etiquette unfortunately though these are attributes that they lack. There is no difference between Sky and Virgin they are right and not the customer. I tried to negotiate a payment for an outstanding bill but they just blanked me RUDE,RUDE,RUDE
