Hi There,
I've heard before that you need a good installer for your heat pump, someone who is familiar with the device, otherwise it can be screwed up altogether, nullifying your expensive heat pump.

Just have a look at some machines, they almost seem plug and play(big lump of a heatpump arrives in a box) , and once the heating loop is installed. How (in some high level language) do unfamiliar plumber screw up heat pump installs?
