I've done this 3 times (during office hours) ....
    • Check your old/saved voice messages - You will loose access to them.
    • When you receive your GoMo SIM, don't put it your phone immediately.
    • Log into MyGomo > Account Details > Move My Number.
    • Enter the number you wish port and choose a time 10/15/20/30 minutes away.
    • (If the form is rejecting (error message) an apparently available slot, add 10 minutes and try again).
    • When your phone receives the 6 digit verification code, enter it into MyGoMo.
    • If that's okay you can power down your phone and insert your GoMo SIM and power up again.
    • About 20-40 minutes after the time you chose, you will receive a "Welcome To Gomo" message.
    • Restart your phone (I found this step to be necessary for data).
    • Remove or change the SIM pin and setup Voice Messaging.
    • If appropriate, cancel your old Direct Debit.
