Data breach

    Has anyone ever sued for a data breach and been successful?? Can't find much online and would like others advice and experiences of the whole process. Major GDPR breach by my bank and a law firm have taken on the case since Sept. It has now gone onto the barrister and will probably hear back after Xmas I'm just not sure what to expect and the whole process tbh. Appreciate any help. Thank you
