Can you just tune in tv channels?

    Is it possible to tune in rte stations just like we did as "kids" ? Or is only available thru the likes of virgin, sky etc?
    Are there any free channlea that you can just get by buying a tv set?

    As above - the cable from that goes into the old reliable ANT connection.
    Depending on your TV - if you have a satellite dish just plug that into the other sockets (the screw in ones normally) and you can then turn in the Freeview stations from the UK.

    Nit picking a bit, sorry, because your suggestion is a good one, but you get the Freesat channels, not Freeview. There are a few channels on freeview that aren't on freesat.

    Oh well, give me an easy life and a peaceful death.
