Overtime...on a Sunday?

Right, so I just got my payslip and I worked 41.75 hours last week. Now, overtime kicks in after 39 hours, meaning I should get time-and-a-third, but the overtime should have kicked in on a Sunday, when I also receive time-and-a-third.

But my payslip makes no mention of this overtime, so would it typically be ignored because it kicked in on a Sunday? I would ask the manager, but I'm new and he's a tad...terrifying.

    Cheers.

Should be getting double time for a Sunday if the company is anyway reasonable . If not I’d be looking elsewhere
I wouldn’t be giving into a intimidating manager either !

No need to be terrified. Ask your manager who you can talk to about fixing your payslip errors.

It's not your manager who is responsible unless they run the payroll department
