Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi, have a 02 classic tm 125 and we can’t get the lights to work, theirs been a new board put in for turning on work lights and all the other bits on it, all fuses have been changed, problem first started when the pto 4x4 wouldn’t work so a new board was put in and now the pto works and the 4x4 but no lights working anyone have any ideas what else can be wrong, thanks

Is it only worklights not working or all the lights? I assume you still have sidelights, dips and heads working?
Do any of the yellow tell tale leds light up on the control panel when the buttons are pressed? It should beep also when you press any of the work light buttons. Make sure sidelights are on when you do this. Can you hear any of the relays clicking in the fusebox when you press the buttons?
Worklamps are notorious for bad earths, take a new bulb, plug it into the connector inside the worklamp and earth it off a good point on the cab and see if it works. Bad earths do cause various connections to melt and you could have melted wires behind fuse box also. There should be a couple of large maxi fuses too under the dash itself behind the left hand panel, opposite side to the fusebox. Check those also.
Number plate lights should switch off when you turn on the rear roof worklamps.

See if any of this makes sense when you go checking and come back to us. Hope it helps.
