Determining presence of DC 12-24v without cutting insulation

There are plenty of devices which will detect, for example, 220 - 240 v AC in a wire without cutting the wire as there is a magnetic filed present. Anyone know of a similar device which will detect 12 - 24 v DC? Thanks.
