Hi all, I have an old phone. It’s a few years old. I can’t remember what provider I bought it from. I need to use it now. I have the imei how can I find out what company it’s locked to? I bought a tesco sim to put in it but it won’t work. Many thanks 👍

When its turned on, does it have any branding/splash screens?

It's an alcetel one touch. No branding or splash screen. It's an old brick style phone though it's only about 4 years old. It would be handy now though. I bought it as a spare when I had a dodgy phone.
