Locking max setting on a TRV

I have EPH TRVs around the house, but the kids keep turning them up, thinking rooms will heat up quicker. There is nothing on the heads themselves, and nothing obvious available on-line. The head has an internal spline, and the max/min stop is glued in position. Any idea if there is a user adjustable stop available?
