Don't think so. Nearest is the Musgrave cash and carry going by Plugshare map.

Nope, none. I asked them during construction and there were no plans for one.
Nearest one is Joe Duffy BMW if your stuck, they might let you grab some juice.

I didn't know about the Musgraves one myself.
Public eCar chargers beside Glasnevin Graveyard.
