Trying and education expenses in a close company

    Just wonder what criteria the Revenue might look like to allow such expenses.
    These are not club subs but say a professional dev programme outside the the State.

    I think it would depend on the activity of the company first. If it's for IFRS reporting and FS drafting then yes allowable, I'd the company was an accountants firm. Can it be linked to the activity of the firm, and does it relate to the income stream?
