Lessons not logged and very litte covered in 12 EDT

I recently completed my 12th lesson (I did 6 x 2 hour lessons) with a certain company that "guarentees" a 98% pass rate guarantee or something equally ridiculous. I was signed off in the physical logbook for all 12, but for some reason only 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 and 9 are logged. 3, 7, 8, 10, 11 and 12 are NOT logged.
I understand there can be a delay between signing the physical logbook and uploading the lessons to the RSA, but why are some lessons logged, and not others?

This company has a strict no cancellation policy and will charge full amounts for last-minute cancellations or deferrment of lessons, however, the instructors themselves seem to have no issue changing times at a whim. Often, my instructor and I will agree on 12-2pm (eg) for the next lesson, but a few days later I’ll get a confirmation text that the lesson will take place a half an hour before or after the agreed time that we arranged previously.

Another issue is how little we have covered. I understand that the 12 EDT lessons are not designed on their own to get a candidate through the test but in the 12 lessons we only did ONE 3-point turn in that time, no reverse around the corners.
What can be done to expedite getting the lessons logged onto RSA? Can I show my book to another instructor and get him / her to upload them on their behalf?
Should we have covered reverse around the corner and more three point turns in the lessons?

I am planning on changing to a different driving school, but I would like to hear anyone else’s opinions on this. :)

If your logbook was stamped and signed for all 12 lessons they should all be uploaded into the system. Have you spoken to the ADI concerned about this? If so, if nothing has been done, your next port of call should be the company and if it’s not sorted satisfactorily then contact the RSA ADI Unit.

In relation to what was covered, EDT 5 is the only lesson that the Turnabout is covered. The same lesson mentions reversing but not specifically the reverse around the corner. If you were doing a turnabout on another lesson there might not be time to cover other things that should be.

My logbook is stamped, signed and dated completely for my 12 lessons. I have one more lesson soon so I’ll enquire then.

I’m thinking of changing instructors because of the issues in my OP, and because it’s too expensive with this driving school. :P
