Mercedes service/software update issues

I've Mercedes C220 Bluetec and had it in for an A service on Friday. When I arrived home, I discovered a number of features no longer worked.

The reversing camera, while it still deploys, doesn't display anything on the screen. Parking assist also no longer working. Also noticed that the auto disengaging of electronic parking brake (when putting into gear and driving off) also no longer works. When I attempt the latter, it leaves a warning light re: brakes. I should stress that I have literally never had any problem with the above in the two years I've owned the car.

I arrived arrived home after they had already closed and don't re-open until tomorrow. Obviously I'll be calling first thing to see what on earth is going on.

Has anyone ever experienced anything like this before?! Any advice for dealing with them in resolving?!

Sounds like they done a software update on it but messed up a lot of the options the car has from factory.
Ball in their court to sort, and ASAP as brakes are involved
