Can someone tell me if this is normal for a boiler of this size?

    Photo of boiler.

Model is Joule Cyclone CY300L Solar Twin.

It's big but surely this noise cant be normal for a domestic situation?

Is this something that can be fixed?

It's only in a year and has been like this since day 1 for the noise

That noise is coming from the pump, the black lump on the floor under the hot water cylinder.
It is quite noisy, possibly a bearing going in it as that model is generally fairly quiet.
I would suggest getting the original installer back out to rectify it or replace the pump.

Also get him to fit a tundish and remove the handles from your isolation valves as there should be no valves between a expansion vessel and a unvented cylinder.
