    Hi all,
I am looking for a pay as you go SIM that does not have an expiration. I want to use this on one of these GPS systems and I am ok to top it up 2x a year or so, but I will be giving it very light usage.

do you know of any network that does SIM with obligatory topup?

    Thanks

Three. Only catch is that credit will expire if there's been no chargeable usage at least once every six months.

Edit: If it's for light data usage though, Tesco Mobile might be a better bet as they charge 10c/MB for out-of-bundle data compared to Three's crazy €1/MB. I've a feeling you might need to top up every six months with them though.

I'm looking at Vodafone V at the moment... thinking of using in a GPS tracker also. Looks like a good deal at €10 for the SIM and then €3 / month

It's a pity the M2M SIM cards that lock onto any network aren't easily got here

Postmobile is another option. You can buy a 500MB data add-on that lasts for two months for €3. Of course, you have to remember to do this every two months though.
