    Backed that myself.

Interesting Tizzard now send Reserve Tank over 3 miles when last time he said that trip would wait until the Spring after he has more runs over middle distance.

I’m contemplating a bet on him for the RSA at 20/1 with bet365 with the cashout option available on their site after tomorrow win or lose.

Am I mad or is Regal Encore 40/1 with 6 places backable?

Newb 340 - Solar Impulse is down in the weights and has conditions and trip to suit. Interesting change of jockey only a positive for me. Expecting better today and think it out runs odds of 25/1.

Surly worth a few euro at 6 places

I'm afraid the news is bad regarding Grazeon Roy a cannon bone fracture. downtown Getaway is a big price at 7/2 and if this monster over 17hh is going to the top he has to win today.

I haven't a bulls notion in the Hennessy. But I thought Regal Encore, Brave Right and Daklondike were all overpriced. I had a few fivers each way on each for a watch, I am hoping they all place.

Something classy will win it, if West Approach ( not backed ) wins it I will end up doing my teeth in on the kitchen table all night, he is running well this year but I think a 2 week turnaround is tight enough.

I have also backed French Crusader in the 2.25 at Newbury. Looks a likely type from Lambourn.

I did a small ew on Walt 80/1 in the Hennessy hoping he might sneak into the frame. Main bet today is Port Stanley in the last at Fairyhouse

Went back to look through it again and he makes some ew appeal for sure . Then I found myself warming to Yorkhill going left handed ....

    Time to stop looking

So, bad ride by Geraghty or is BD not the force of old, or, as I often thought, is BD just not the horse they said he was

Two Taffs each way for me in the big one. Lots of very good form and had a fine pipe opener for this over hurdles after two years off the track. Tends to travel well through his races to think 22s is fair.

A strange result. It was possibly a bad ride insofar as they let the winner get too much of a lead and in that ground...…

Geraghty says he got a cut on his leg. Says the winner was good.

In fairness the winner has well beaten the rest of the field as well, so he might just be an improver, he is only 5.

‪Went for Joe Farrell ew at 28/1 6 places . Seems very likely to be staying on at the end of a poorer than usual Hennessy ( Ladbroke) ‬

Yorkhill to place here. With Borice to win

    Savage run from Elegant Escape

Yorkhill was coming like a train, such a shame to see him tip
    Would have went close
Encouraging if he gets over the fright of the fall

    Elegant Escape finished very strongly

Don’t think he was coming like a train but definitely wasn’t out of it . I’d be keeping him on side at big prices now , unpredictable but so talented he’s worth the risk at big odds . Bound to put it all together at some stage isn’t he

If you watch say 4f from before he fell he was eating up the ground and jumping like a stag, i was roaring him on! Was absolutely thrilled to see him get up
F*ck the bet, couldn't care less about the bet, just wanted the horse up and ok

Would've finished 6th or 7th no way would've gone close imo

They should get York Hill a mark on the flat and send him to Ascot in the summer for a stayers handicap, that and a bit of hurdling.

He is a dangerous jumper, all over the shop and won't be learning anything new now. He wouldn't have stayed the trip either , they fall when they are bolloxed tired.

He probably wouldn't come out of the stalls. His mad tendencies were funny for a while but he's just an absolute hound now.

That jump 5 from home cost him a place I'd say, looking OK up until that and probably would have had the engine to finish strong. Pity.

Coming like a train is a bit of a stretch. He might have been placed at a push. There was little to know chance he was going to win it. Winner was finding loads when asked to go on.

Like an Irish Rail train with leaf slip

Also on Buveur Dair as it wasnt mentioned here. He finished lame with a bit of wood from the second last hurdle embedded in his hoof.

Pic in the link below that shows the piece of wood lodged.

Geraghty , was not at fault the horse has been seriously overrated this season by bull****ters in the Knowable media.Over that last few weeks two horses to watch Elegent Escape for the Welsh Nation and Cloth Cap for the National in April.
