For those of us who follow us politics, a years subscription to the Washington post for $30 is an absolute steal. Black Friday deal @ 50% discount. This gives full access to the digital version of the print edition, as well as the normal website.

It's free with PressReader through your local library membership, as are 1000s of other newspapers and magazines.
Washington Post is currently Free for four weeks, then €20 for one year, then €50 every year thereafter. Cancel anytime.
€20 is a bargain price for a year of great journalism.
It's a Democrat Party propaganda newsletter. You'd be more informed about reality by reading nothing at all.
Well done James. You keep hoping for MAGA and believing everything Tucker Carlson spouts. Everyone else will believe the truth.

Pressreader + Library Card = FOC
How does WP compare with NYT?
Both offer high quality journalism. NYT perhaps does more long-form articles that WP.
I would regard the NYT, WP, FT, WSJ and Economist as being in the top tier of journalism.
The Washington post has a deep focus on politics, national and international. I would consider it the source of information on the American national and world view. The NYT takes a much broader approach, covering a very broad range of interests.
