I submitted personal medical expenses via the online system spread out over the last four years. (mostly dental which were applicable)

It says you should get any potential refund within 5 working days. I did it over a month ago... is there something else I should of done? I cant see anything to click submit on or anything like that but they are recorded. I have some unread documents but they dont say anything of interest.

Is it the case that you many not be entitled to a tax refund? Surely you should receive something even if it is a tiny amount or else what is the point? Or do i just wait it out?

Yeah I worked it out... I owe them money!

Request P21's for all 4 years check to see if any tax credits are missing . Its not nice to owe money over the 4 years . You must have been receiving income that was not included in your annual earnings .
