Wickham Silver - VAT free

Can anyone here recommend Wickham Silver? Here is their website: https://wickhamsilver.com/ My understanding is you have to pay vat on silver in Ireland but this mightn't be the case in all eu countries.

I don't have any experience of this, but if you do a google there seems to by a lot of places offering this. Also note that this is an Irish registered company selling to an Irish resident, so VAT should apply. So you need to get some very exacting explanations for this, you would not want to get hit later for the VAT as a result of the rules being 'misunderstood'....
