Parking - Liffey or Grand Canal

Hi All; Is there somewhere to park with easy access to the Grand Canal (Lucan to Sallins) or Royal Canal (Lucan to Kilcock). Also on Liffey at the Phoenix Park end - i was looking at the Garda Rowing club and UCD boat club but parking seems to be for members only.
