Hi, The ABS condensate trap on my firebird burner has broken off. It looks like these abs white traps are no longer available and have to upgrade to SS. Is there special adaptors required to install the newer style trap onto the firebird burner. From what I can see the opening under burner is 1" and the outlet on current trap drain is 3/4 inch. Burner is located in an outside shed. Thanks in advance.

no adaptors needed they are a direct exchange make sure you get the white washer with the new one

just to be a pita you might need to get your boiler serviced and set up properly as well

having said that those white traps wer like chocolate
