Looking at buying a coffee machine for black Friday. What are people's opinions on the best machines to buy/nicest coffee to drink?

They did a survey on Moncrieff or Joe Duffy or something yesterday afternoon re: Black Friday bargains etc etc. They chose 86 popular items and found that only 3 items were genuinely discounted. One item for eg, a tumble dried was actually €20 cheaper last week before the Black Friday sale price.

    Beware. :)

Yep. This is important to note especially when it comes to the likes of DID and Harvey Norman etc, they tend to be cowboys when it comes to their black friday 'deals'.

Back to the OP's question, what kind of coffee are you looking to make? Are you looking just for drip coffee, are you looking for espresso, or milk based drinks? What's your budget?

The 'best/nicest' coffee is all subjective, as is the machines. Some people love the coffee from their Nespresso machines, others go down the rabbit hole of espresso machines and love the more complex process involved in pulling shots and texturing milk whereas others don't bother and just get a bean to cup machine. And then you've french press and filter options like the aeropress, chemex, v60.

Long story short there's a ton of different types of coffee and thousands of different ways to make them, a bit more information and people might be able to help you find the right fit :)
