HKC firmware update

    Hi,

    I have a GSM-Q that I wish to install on my HKC 1070. The panel doesn't seem to recognise the GSM and I think it needs a firmware update. The version is 1.5 and I read somewhere the GSM-Q needs at least 3.3.

    Anyone know how to update this system.

    Yes it needs to be upgraded, probably in 2 steps. You will need an installation company to do this for you.
