Malware issue

    Not sure if right forum, please move if I've got it wrong.

    Wonder if someone could help me - I get multiple ads/notifications popping up on the bottom right hand corner of the screen. I've scanned for malware with Avast and AVG but they still appear, and I've turned off notifications on control panel but they still pop up.

    Would anyone have any ideas about how I get rid myself of them?

    You should only have 1 anti virus running on your pc. Running 2 kind of cancels each other out. Personally I just use Windows defender for virus detection and malwarebytes for malware. Never had an issue and I torrent loads of stuff..

    I usually just have AVG but downloaded Avast on account of this issue only.
