Membership for Tipperary Races

    Hi, this is probably not the right place to post this but it's the only place I could think of as to where I might get an answer.

    Has anyone here ever bought membership from the tipperaryraces.ie website? I bought two memberships for my parents for Christmas on the 12th November and the money has been taken from my account but I still haven't received the memberships in the post.

    I have emailed them twice, rang and left a message twice, and haven't heard anything back.

    I just would like to know if anybody else has had a similar experience with them. I'm starting to get anxious now as 140e has been taken from my account and I don't have the product.

    I could be wrong here but i thought the Tipperary Supporters club wasn't going ahead for next year. I heard that second / third hand so can't be certain....
    I am wrong here! Its actually Thurles that won't have a Supporters club. Apologies.

    Thanks, it's nothing to do with the supporters club I don't think? Just for the Tipperary racecourse - a membership which entitles you to attend all race meetings there and get a tote voucher at each one etc. I'm just really frustrated now - the customer service is shocking. If I don't get it soon, I don't know what I'm gonna do - I'll be 140e out of pocket :mad:

    Twitter might be your best bet, last thing they want is poor customer service bring called out on a public platform.

    No meeting until the end of April iirc ,so I doubt they will send they out for another 1 or 2 .In time for xmas .

    You payed by card so you arent going to be out the price of them either way.

    Thanks guys - I finally got a reply to my email this evening - they are waiting on delivery of their membership cards which they hope to have by the end of the week and will send on as soon as they get them. Probably wasn’t the best idea to sell them online before they actually had them!! Anyway, at least I can expect to have them soon.
