When I go toy shopping, Mothercare isn’t usually top of my list of destinations. I usually think of them for clothing, bedding and equipment like prams etc. I was in Mothercare in Swords today and was genuinely surprised at the discounts on offer.

I got a ‘Happyland Train Set’ for 60% off.
Got a ‘Train Track Extension Pack’ for 75% off.
A roaring/talking dinosaur with voice recording for 50% off.

Got a few other bits for 40% off. The range isn’t huge - granted, it’s not Smyths - but might be worth a look if buying for younger kids and toddlers.

Very happy with the stuff we got.
