    Hi just wondering has anyone bought the new eu radrunner 250watt.ps i like to know if its any good on hills or to carry a passanger on.i belive it has a throttle on it for walk assist would be classrd as a mpv by the gards as it moves the bike at 5 mph on its own without peddling any thoughts appreciated .

    I'm pretty sure it's 100% road legal. The walk assist (6km/h usually) doesn't count. Requirements for being road legal and having exact same status as a normal pushbike:

    -motor max 250W
    -motor stops when speed reaches 25km/h
    -pedal assist only, no throttle
