what products cost far more in Ireland than other European countries?

Melatonin.

A month's supply for our son costs €14 in France compared to €80 here in Ireland. And you can pick up the melatonin in the healthfood section of the supermarket, as opposed to a pharmacy in Ireland.

We bought a year's supply for our son. Costing €168 as opposed to €720 in Ireland. That is a LOT of money.....
