Clerical Officer in AGS - hearing aids

I've been offered a role as a Clerical Officer within AGS and just waiting for the extra security checks to be completed. The thing is I wear hearing aids. My hearing is perfectly good when I have the aids in but would be very bad without them. I've never had any problems employment-wise in the past using phones but I wouldn't be able to use an in-the-ear device at work if required. Can anyone give me any reassurance that I am worrying unnecessarily about this? Thanks.

We have a lad with hearing aids in our office. Never a bother. You'll be accommodated if needs be but 99.9% sure it will never come up.

I know someone who has hearing aids who works in the civil service as a clerical officer, he never had any issues! The best of luck!

It's no problem at all. The CS is very accommodating.
I had an EO colleague with two hearing aids who had no difficulties. :) Best of luck

The civil/public service is probably the most accommodating employer in the country when it comes to this sort of stuff. You'll be fine.
