Program won't open...?

I've just downloaded BenQ Palette Master Element to calibrate my BenQ monitor.


I have it on the Desktop and in Quick Launch. Neither will open the program.


I've uninstalled/reinstalled it. Same problem.


I've never used this before, but I lost my beloved basICColor Display with my reinstall of Windows. :cool:


How can I make it open?

is app compatible with win 10, sounds something that could be legacy and not supported anymore, did you check for latest drivers/app for it ?


another way is to try compatibility mode and try to run it in win 7 environment to see if it responds.


If that was done or still fails check event viewer and google the code when app fails. might give indication whats wrong.

Definitely a Windows 10 app.
