Tumble Dryer not heating up

My Zanussi TDS 382 AL tumble dryer is not heating up. It's blowing cold air when it's running. Any ideas as to what's the cause of the problem and how to fix it? TIA

if it wont heat then it is heater related, either the thermostat mounted on top of the element or the element itself is open circuit. the stat may have a reset button
