    Hi all!

I have separated with my irish husband last year and applied for independent stamp4. I submitted my passport and birth certificate to INIS last aug30. Since then theres no reply yet.

My stamp4 expired last sept09. The immigration officer talked to my employer and he allowed me to work until im done with my documentation.

8weeks before the renewal date of my WFP they sent me a form and i attached a letter saying tht my stamp4 is on process.

Last monday, they sent another letter to forward my 2payslips and stamp4.

Now, my question is can i write them again a letter saying that my stamp4 is still on process? Can i also inform them tht the immigration officer talked to my employer so i can be allowed to work.

Would WFP continue to give me claim eventhough my stamp4 is still on process?

Im also concern if they will discontinue WFP, will social welfare report my employer to labor employment as he allowed me to work eventhough my stamp4 is still on process? My employer has been very good and understanding to my situation as im a single parent raising my 2irish children without financial support from their dad.

    Thank you very much

    Cheers!

That's probably far too technical for most, or all, or your readers here - including me.

Could you get a your local immigration Garda to add the garda station stamp to your letter to DSP explaining that you're still waiting for your Stamp 4 to be renewed?

If not, then I suggest that you include the name of the garda station and of the garda who is aware of your situation.
