Unlocking My Phone Alternative to Vodafone NAC

    So I've been going around in circles for 2 months trying to get my NAC from Vodafone - I'm on bill pay and meet all the criteria for an unlock. My contract is up in December and my bill is always paid in full and on time by direct debit. Filled in the request online and heard nothing back. I keep getting fobbed off and told someone will call me in 24 to 48 hours but I never hear anything.

    I've got a galaxy note 8 and I'm wondering is there any other way to get the NAC. A couple of people suggested bringing it a phone unlocking shop, but then others have said to avoid like the plague because they can copy all the data on the phone. I don't even know where a good phone unlocking shop is.

    Can anyone offer any suggestions? :(
