Disposal of worthless shares

Three of us have inherited some shares which are almost worthless at single euro figure value. I assume disposing via broker would mean a loss after fees but the three of us want to break clear of each other financially. Not concerned with any tax offset type matters. Certs are in our names jointly. Any one know how to…
