Outline Planning Query

    Hi folks,

I prepared an application for outline planning permission, which was successful.
I submitted a site layout, site section, levels & site suitability assessment and a generic plan of a two storey house.
I have since looked at other Outline Permissions online and notice that they did not submit any elevation of the proposed dwelling.
Will the generic plan I submitted (just a side elevation on the site section and roof plan on the site layout) have any bearing on the full planning application which I intend to submit once the sale has gone through. The house I intend to build will not be similar to the generic plan submitted.

    Thank you.

You didnt submit "plans" of a house in the outline application.
You simply indicated a roof plan and side elevation for indicative purposes.

They should have no impact on your "permission consequent" application... Other than what's conditioned in the outline decision
