Hi there

Hoping someone can help me. My 2009 P21 shows that I did not pay tax of that year and so says i underpaid tax by 3000E. I was just back from Australia and was on Jobseekers for the 1st 3 months in 2009 then worked in different places over the course of the year. Is there any particular reason why I didnt pay tax - was there an incentive back in 2009 for people to get back into work? I cannot remember and am now concerned of the hefty bill
