Mechanical ventilation with Heat Recovery and Boilers

Hi all.
is there any issue with installing a room sealed gas boiler beside a Heat recovery ventilation unit in a room in a new build?

IS 813 states something like 300mm which seems very small ( its about 600mm in the house)
the question related to the potential for a gas leak getting dispersed throughout the house by the ventilation system i think. I'm gonna check the regs again tomorrow just for peace of mind, but i couldn't find anything today

That's the one. That's duplicated on is 813 also.
