Foam in the Fountain

    For the last few days I've noticed the foam in the fountain at the liberty tree. Old school washing up liquid prank admittedly, but at this stage is someone topping it up nightly or is it just taking that long to clear it out. Was like it has snowed one of the mornings - foam everywhere!
