Driving other cars

    Hi. My policy is due for renewal but I noticed driving other cars option is gone from my policy. When I rang them, they told me it is because of my current occupation. I am a van driver. They told me I can have the option only on the van insurance. Can anybody advise?

    The reason for this is complicated. Basically, they are trying to avoid being brought in to share a loss caused driving your work vehicle. It's the same for taxi drivers, mechanics, delivery men etc. Anyone who drives for a living. Not all insurers take this approach, ask around
