    hi guys
not sure where to post this thread so please feel free move to a more suitable focus if you wish...
I have Spotify premium on my own android phone (Samsung S10), through Vodafone. Originally the Spotify was free and when the free offer expired I continued with it, paying 9 euros or something like this every month.
I was thinking of getting a family subscription and I call Vodafone to ask them but they said they no longer have anything to do with Spotify as their special offer has expired and I shoudl contact Spotify directly.
I went into the app on my phone to contact Spotify and the app directs me back to Vodafone so Im not sure where to go from here. Any ideas?
My second query is, once I have the family subscription, would this impact on my own history/playlists etc?

I logged in through a browser and there was an option to upgrade to Family Premium, just followed that procedure.
It wont affect our history, your profile stays as is and you can add others to the plan.

    thanks for your feedback.
I checked out Spotify on my desktop browser and this was the feedback on the Spotify website:

Your plan is associated with our partner Vodafone, please refer to Vodafone for questions regarding your plan. Contact Vodafone.

Vodafone need to unlink your account with them.
I had similar issues when I went away from bill pay. Once they sort that out, you can sign up for the family plan then.
