    Hello
I have a Gallup phone interview at Stryker coming up. I read a lot about it and I am wondering if questions are short type ( I agree, strongly agree etc) or more like open questions like " Tell me when you have been most successful".

Could this be dependent on type of job you are applying for?
    I would appreciate any help.

    Regards

    Hi ,

Stryker do these for pretty much everyone.
They can be tricky buggers, there isnt any fooling them.
Example question : "would you prefer to fail as a team or excel as an individual"
Also be aware that its most likely the same question will be asked a second time just worded differently.
