Holidays on JSA

I'm in receipt of JSA and know that I'm allowed two weeks holidays. I'm wondering how they work the two weeks out. Is it just 14 days in a calendar year? Hypothetically could I go away 7 times for 2 days each time? Or does it have to be 2wks at once? Or 2 x 1 week each etc
