Due to a massive change in work environment and atmosphere i am seriously considering a career change, i have been in my current employment for 13 years..... this is a big step for me and I'm quite nervous at the thought of it but also excited. I would love to work from home or even part from home, part office/on site based if anyone would have a suggestion? Strong admin skillset.

I think being both nervous and excited is a good sign! :-)
Sounds like you're thinking about a good, worthwhile change.

For me, I'd try to explore a bit, maybe like:

    - Thinking about what things you're interested in.
    - Thinking about what skills you have, maybe how they could be used differently.
    - What you enjoyed / didn't enjoy about previous jobs.
    - Having a look free form at job sites, other websites to get some ideas.

If you had the chance and magically got the skills needed, what job would you try out for just one day?
